RESTRICTED ACCESS

 

Access to the airfield is restricted to gliders, based aircraft helicopters and service aircraft. Visiting aircraft must apply for a special authorization delivered by the French DGAC.

 

TIE DOWN PARKING, FUEL, OXYGEN

 

80 cable tie-down parking spaces. A few glider parking spaces may also be made available inside hangars.

 

Limited AVGAS is available in case of urgency.

 

Breathing-oxygen and water for glider ballasts are available.

 

Glider and tug maintenance shop.

 

PEGASUS CLUB HOUSE

 

Need a little break ? Inside or outside our club house, named Pegasus, you may enjoy a snack or simply relax while sharing the day’s flying experiences with your friends.

 

The club house features an equipped kitchen corner equipped with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave oven, tableware, and a lounge. Tables are available outside for your choice of a picnic under the sun or the awning.

 

On Wednesday evenings, all members are invited to share a complimentary « apéritif » offered by your club, as an occasion for friendly exchanges and chats.

THE BRIEFING ROOM

 

At 09:45 every morning, all pilots intending to fly are invited to gather in this room to listen to the day’s weather forecasts, flying instructions and distribution of the Club’s gliders.

 

Much useful information for flight preparation, such as out-landing fields and instructions for ground movements on the airfield is posted in the briefing room for pilots’ perusal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE PILOTS OPERATION ROOM

 

This is where all of the club’s parachutes and batteries are stored, as well as local three-dimensional maps that will help pilots to prepare their flights.

 

This room also serves as a classroom where glider students may gather with their instructors to complete their training.

 

Visiting air clubs may use this room whenever they wish to hold their own before-flight briefing sessions.

 

THE REST AREA

 

Adjacent to the briefing room, the rest area houses the glider flight simulator.

 

Free WI-FI internet access is available.

 

THE CAMPING AREA

 

Adjacent to the airfield perimeter, the camping site offer accommodation for the duration of your stay.

 

The camping area is equipped with lavatory installations reserved for its residents. A few bungalows/trailers are available if desired. Access to the (unsupervised) swimming pool is available to cool off at the end of a nice day of soaring.
